Your enquiry and email copy
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, travel dates, party size, children’s ages where provided, apartment preference and message to answer your request and prepare a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form requires you to acknowledge this privacy information. Email is sent through World4You to us, with a copy to the address you provide. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Storage and hosting
World4You provides website hosting and email delivery. Enquiries remain in our email correspondence for as long as needed to handle them or meet legal retention obligations. The hosting provider may maintain server logs containing IP addresses, request times and requested pages to operate the service securely. Security-related processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Spam protection and technical logs
The form uses a time-limited, server-signed token. Your IP address is processed and stored as a keyed, pseudonymous identifier to limit repeat enquiries independently of cookies. Entries remain valid for at most 30 minutes and are removed on subsequent use of their storage bucket or by daily maintenance. Error logs contain a timestamp and error category, without enquiry contents, and logs older than seven days are removed by daily maintenance. This processing prevents abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and tracking
The current website sets no cookies of its own and does not start a PHP session. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. External content is only loaded when you activate it.
OpenStreetMap
Map data is requested from OpenStreetMap only when you activate “Load map”. The provider receives your IP address and technical browser information. You can instead use the postal address or the external map link.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent for future processing. Contact info@wolf.tirol. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
