When are check-in and check-out?
Check in from 15:00; check out by 09:30. Please arrange a late arrival with us in advance.
Where can I park?
There is an underground garage at the house. Tell us if you are bringing more than one vehicle or a very tall vehicle so we can discuss suitable parking.
When do I get my guest card?
We send you a pre-check-in email 14 days before arrival so we can prepare your digital guest card which also grants you a 5 % discount on your ski pass.

What is included?
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included. Underground garage and ski room at the house.
What equipment is provided?
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Kitchens have a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. Satellite TV is also available.
Is there a ski room?
There is a ski room at the house with ski and snowboard racks and a heated boot dryer.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
Pets are not allowed. The apartments are non-smoking; smoking is permitted on the balcony or terrace.
Is there a cot, highchair or step-free access?
Please tell us your requirements before booking. We’ll discuss which apartment and equipment will suit your stay.
How does the bread service work?
You'll be granted access to our unique bread booking app: daily fresh bread from our local bakery, just one click/touch away.
Do I need to bring linen?
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Please ask us if you need them changed.
Prices & booking
How much will my stay cost?
Nightly prices are available on request. Final cleaning per stay: apartment 1 €90, apartment 2 €90, apartment 3 €80. Tourist tax is charged in addition.
How much is tourist tax?
Tourist tax is €3.70 per person per night. Children are exempt until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
How and when do I pay for my stay?
Payment is made in cash on site, on the day before your departure.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellations are subject to § 5 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), see below. Please think about a travel insurance covering all eventualities.

Winter & the village
Where can I buy ski passes?
Online or at the valley stations. The SFL guest card grants you a discount of 5 %. Check the cable-car operator’s current prices.
Where can I find ski schools and rental equipment?
Ski schools in Fiss-Ladis and Serfaus and sports shops in the region offer lessons and equipment hire. Follow the official links below for services and conditions.
How do I reach the slope?
Our house is 200 m on foot from the Sonnenbahn Ladis–Fiss valley station, on the hillside above it. With good snow cover, you can reach the slope across the road. Access depends on snow and piste conditions.
Are shops and restaurants nearby?
The village centre is within walking distance. In winter, we recommend reserving a table directly with your chosen restaurant.
